I find since I have curly hair i can’t wear a lot of the hairstyles everyone else can without straightening my hair which takes forever since I have really thick hair. I have loose curly hair that is long.i also have straight across bangs. please help.

I think anyone with naturally curly hair would agree that curly hair is a mixed blessing. Sometimes we love our curly hair and other times we wish we could make it smooth and straight. If we could only maintain those smooth defined tendrils that got us so many complements as a child. But alas, as we mature our adorable baby curls often can become an uncontrolable frizzy mess. Hey I’m biracial to (half white/black/Indian) and for styling I like to sometimes straighten my bangs but leave my hair curly,or kinda twist my bangs to the side (not really sure how to explain, but I get complements but whatever), and pulling my bangs and some of my hair back with a clip and make a little hump.

I have really curly hair that is just a little over shoulder length. So far the only hairstyles i’ve been trying out were a simple ponytail, bun, side bun, side ponytail, and that’s it. My hair is starting to get kinda boring lol, so does anyone have any cute hairstyles for really curly hair?? Oh and don’t forget that my hair is a little over shoulder length. Thanxx

Some cute hairstyles are:
Updos
Two side pony tails (not up like a little girl, loose on shoulers)
Take a small section of hair from the front and pull it back with bobby pins or a small hair tie.
Take the top half of hair and make a ponytail out of it, leaving some bottom layers down.
You can also, just throw in a cute headband, and leave your bangs out if you have any, or get a cute hair pin, and pull back a small section on the side(:

Also straighten it.

I always wear my hair curly with straight bangs to my left (your right). Are there any other good curly hairstyles? Not too fancy, I mean just everyday type of styles. Pictures of hairstyles of your own or from the internet would be really helpful! But just a good description works too.

I have really curly hair. at night i put it in a bun then in the morning i take it out, get it a little wet and comb it out. then i flip my hair upside down and take herbal essences mousse (the green can) and mousse my hair…then i put it on both sides. I take the hair infront of my face and pull it to the back/side with a clip..and it usually looks really good.
