Im going to LA for a week this friday for a school club. It’s a business-y thing so I need a mixture of both casual and classy/business-y styles. As u said in my question, my hair is shoulder length. It’s quite thick. I don’t care if it’s an updo or if it’s down. So thanks for the suggestions!

Straighten it (to make it not as thick) then lightly curl it! That would be perfect!

My 11 year old sister has mousey blond, straight, shoulder-length hair. She likes to wear it straight back in a neat twisted bun, I have hairstraightners, curlers and hair dryers but she doesnt really want to use them (but if it looks good enough she might use a little bit of heat).If you have any pictures, videos or suggestions for everyday, school, special occasions or sport (she plays basketball) they would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

My hair is dark brown, shoulder length and has no layers to it. My bangs are shorter but kinda’ like a side fringe I guess. Any quick hairstyles I could do for school in the morning? And NO STRAIGHTENING.

We have the same exact hair! What I usually do is straighten it Friday after school, (really well or else it won’t work later!). I sleep on it, and if it begins to get a little frizzy, I go over it A LITTLE BIT. By Monday, your hair should be beachy waves. I then take my bangs & the chunk of hair on the opposite side of my bangs & tie them back. It looks very cute and princessy, if you will. If you don’t want to straighten, then don’t do anything. Yup. Nothing. When you get out of the shower, brush through your hair & let it air dry. DON’T BRUSH THROUGH IT WHEN IT’S DRY. This is VERY important, because, if you do, the hair 1.) Gets extremely frizzy. 2.) Breaks the hair. Its very unhealthy.

As for health, I’d recommend any shampoo & conditioner that makes hair soft/ adds moisture. Believe me, this helps a ton. It makes youre hair SUPER soft and smells GREAT. (:

For the latest modern, great looking hairstyles, either velcro or plastic rollers work the best. Also, its better for your hair, the style lasts longer and you can style it in different ways. i am very tall 5′10" with some say redish brown hair… and i dont like it does any1 have some good short or shoulder length hair styles? i also play basketball so i have to be able to put it into a ponytail….

well, im 12 too, and i have long hair. sorry. right about 2 feet long, just like urs. and about a few months ago. i got a haircut that was at my shoulder length, and it looked kind of awkward on me, bc i am kinda tall, etc. if u really want to know an exact hairstyle, it really depends on ur facial features, head, etc. but, in my opinion, i think u should have hair a bit longer than a shoulder length. peole compliment on my hair all the time. if u have long hair, the hairstyle possibilities are endless. if ur hair is shorter, u may have difficulty choosing a hairstyle that would fit u.
