My hair do’s before the transitions and my …. BIG CHOP!!! I did it … can’t even believe I did it but I did. So enjoy, it’s long but hey I’m old , got lot’s of pics . All hair is my own except the first pic of me as a young lady with the yellow headband and the afro puffs and the train ride pic (that was a half cap) of course the twist 1 and 2 were created with fake hair. All other pictures are my own hair no tracks and now sew-in and no extensions of any sort.

Hey ladies and gents! This is just a short video of the natural hair styles I have been wearing the past couple of months and over the last year or so. I am 2 months semi big chop, and transitioned for 4 months before my 2nd big chop! Hope u enjoy! I hope you what I think are pretty styles that are cute, easy to do and great for protective styles. I have seen many african american women wear some of these styles and they looked beautiful on them as well. We need to be able to have a diverse group of styles to wear so we can switch it up! And these hair styles are great for if you are trying to grow your hair out long and healthy. These styles also help combat dryness and allow you the access needed to properly moisturize your hair and due to the lack of tension, they allows you to have a unique look on a weekly basis and still have edges and strong hair strands at the end of the day. I hope that you you like and enjoy these styles. They are not super fancy but the variety allows you to switch up the traditional afro or twist out with a new look. Let me know what you think and btw I am 4b textured so these styles work great for you if you have the coarser kinky hair type. And of course I had to end the video with my signature gothic bellydance style lol
